Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given we reserve the right to charge $40 for any missed appointments.
